What we're looking for

Apply core data structures and algorithms to optimize performance and memory use.
Design highly available architectures with replication, caching, autoscaling strategies.
Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and understanding of CAP theorem tradeoffs.
Engineer microservice architecture and REST APIs with versioning and compatibility.
Automate builds in CI/CD pipelines.
