What you'll do

  • Drive program schedules for silicon readiness milestones across design, verification, validation teams.

  • Automate program management workflows using Python or Java for efficiency gains.
  • Maintain issue reports and status updates for engineering teams and stakeholders regularly.
  • Integrate AI tools like Claude Code into PM workflows to streamline processes.
  • Identify risks and contribute to mitigation plans across Design, Validation, and Product Engineering.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in SoC/VLSI chip design or post-silicon validation with knowledge of SoC architecture and IPs.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional technical coordination and debugging efforts.
  • Scripting experience in Python for automation and tool integration.
  • Familiarity with ARM architecture preferred.
  • Ability to build automation tools improving EPM efficiency, reporting, and data visibility.
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex technical discussions into clear updates.
