What you'll do

  • Serve as DRI in 24x7 on-call rotation, monitoring service health and responding to incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Contribute to automation efforts and validate code functionality in non-prod environments for smooth deployments.
  • Support compliance processes by verifying security standards during onboarding of new technologies.
  • Address complex live site issues, implement mitigations, and document learnings through postmortems.
  • Apply proven development practices to meet performance and customer requirements for cloud solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years of technical experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of technical experience.
  • Active TS clearance and eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Go, Java, or Python for production code.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate processes for improved system reliability.
