What you'll do

Enable network expansion by installing hardware and software for customer missions.

Participate in customer demonstrations and exercises to showcase system functionalities.
Work with mission software engineers to ensure supportability of custom integrations.

What we're looking for

Active US TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
Minimum 4 years of operations and engineering experience
Willingness to travel 40%-50% for deployments and support
Experience in troubleshooting complex installation issues independently
