What you'll do

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in SSBN/SSGN operations, strategic weapons systems, or shipyard IT programs.
Current active DOD Secret clearance required.
Previous leadership and supervisory experience in a government maintenance or operations environment.
Experience effectively communicating with various levels of leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and work in environments requiring strict procedural compliance.
