What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience leading and managing multiple software teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; must be eligible for US Secret Security Clearance.
Over 3 years of full-lifecycle software development and simulation-related software development.
Professional hands-on experience with various software development tools including CI/CD, testing, and code quality/security tools.
Experience in developing mission-critical or safety-critical systems involving hardware and software integration.
Ability to oversee budgets and financial data for project management.
