Join our team as a senior technical leader to enhance the engineering simulation stack for robotics, automation, and industrial digital twins. You will design and develop physically based simulation systems, collaborating closely with teams across NVIDIA’s advanced platforms like PhysX, Newton, Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and Isaac Lab to integrate high-fidelity capabilities. Key responsibilities include improving multibody dynamics, contact and friction models, flexible-body behavior, and numerical solvers while integrating these simulations with robotics workflows involving ROS 2, CAD pipelines, and OpenUSD assets. You will also mentor engineers and drive technical leadership in scaling simulation algorithms on GPUs. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Computer Science or related fields, extensive experience building production-level simulation software, deep knowledge in multibody dynamics and numerical solvers, and proficiency with robotics integration tools like ROS 2 and Simulink. Experience with GPU-accelerated computing and reinforcement learning is highly valued.
