You will also mentor engineers and drive technical leadership in scaling simulation algorithms on GPUs. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Computer Science or related fields, extensive experience building production-level simulation software, deep knowledge in multibody dynamics and numerical solvers, and proficiency with robotics integration tools like ROS 2 and Simulink. Experience with GPU-accelerated computing and reinforcement learning is highly valued.

  • Integrate simulation with robotics workflows involving ROS 2, CAD pipelines, and OpenUSD assets.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience building or leading simulation software used in engineering, robotics, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in multibody dynamics, contact and friction, flexible-body behavior, numerical solvers, and model reduction.
  • Proven ability to validate simulators against physical systems using test correlation, calibration, and HIL/SIL workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with ROS 2, Simulink, Simscape, CAD, URDF, MJCF, and OpenUSD for robotics-system integration.
  • Experience in GPU-accelerated computing technologies like CUDA or Warp for large-scale simulation systems.
  • Publications in ICRA, IROS, RSS, SCA, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, or related venues demonstrating technical leadership.
