Service Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage client escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing high-quality service.
• Support inquiries related to operations by collaborating with internal teams.
• Create and maintain system documentation for clarity and consistency in processes.
• Adhere strictly to established procedures and security controls for compliance.
• Maintain ownership of key supervisory checklists to ensure adherence to standards.
• Support business process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in client services or relationship management within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• FINRA Series 7 License required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing service staff and resolving customer issues.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across complex organizations.
