Join our dynamic IT Operations team as a mid-level Application Support Specialist responsible for providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for critical warehouse systems such as Manhattan Active Warehouse Management, CMS, SYNQ/Auto Store, SLAM, and Numina. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting production incidents, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, and ensuring system availability through monitoring and service restoration. You’ll also analyze business needs, develop functional requirements, support audits, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience in application support or IT Operations, preferably with a focus on warehouse systems, and hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills, incident management expertise, and proficiency in change and release governance are essential for this fast-paced environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents for warehouse systems.
Analyze root causes of issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Support system availability and service restoration for critical applications.
Translate business issues into clear functional requirements for enhancements.
Validate, test, and deploy small changes to warehouse management systems.
Maintain and update documentation, support runbooks, and process flows.
Identify opportunities to improve incident response and system stability processes.
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in application support or IT Operations
Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS or similar WMS platforms
Strong understanding of distribution center operations and logistics processes
Experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex integrated system issues
Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and release management processes
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
