As a Group Technical Program Manager in the Audit, Risk & Compliance organization, you will lead the development and execution of tools and data systems that support internal audit, compliance, and risk management functions. Your responsibilities include setting strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, and building advanced analytics capabilities such as AI-driven anomaly detection and continuous controls monitoring. You will manage a team of TPMs and Data Scientists, ensuring they deliver production-grade insights to both executive leadership and front-line auditors while maintaining high standards for data quality and security. The role requires expertise in Microsoft technologies, BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau, and experience with enterprise GRC systems. Ideal candidates have a background in audit and compliance, including financial, operational, IT, and regulatory domains, and can effectively partner with engineering teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Drive execution and quality of reporting, analytics, and automation across Audit, Risk, and Compliance.
Define and lead AI strategy to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and insight generation.
Manage core platforms (BI, data pipelines) ensuring reliability and strong service level agreements.
Develop advanced analytics capabilities for statistical sampling, outlier detection, and predictive risk scoring.
Govern semantic data model and ensure data lineage, definitions, quality, and access controls are in place.
What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience in engineering, product management, data analysis, or product development.
Proven track record managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
Experience owning enterprise reporting and analytics for a regulated domain.
Strong understanding of full audit disciplines including financial, operational, IT, and compliance audits.
Ability to reason about data models, SQL, BI tools, and modern work-tracking systems.
CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent audit and risk credential.
Experience with enterprise GRC platforms and implementing AI in audit use cases.
