Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer, Cyber

What you'll do

• Determine and develop approaches to achieve test and evaluation goals for assigned programs.
• Own testing requirements, execute tests at private and government-owned ranges, ensuring safety compliance.
• Analyze initial test data, document procedures and results, providing detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with security teams and government partners to conduct classified capability testing in unclassified settings.
• Integrate T&E processes into program lifecycle, guiding continuous improvement through iterative design-test-refine cycles.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of test engineering experience or comparable military background
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance
• Experience producing and articulating customer-facing test process deliverables
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for program events and testing as needed
• Experience conducting software testing or quality assurance
