What you'll do

Develop requirements-based, scenario-driven, and operationally relevant test methods.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering; 8+ years in system-level test and evaluation.
3+ years of technical leadership experience in test roles.
Extensive hands-on experience with developmental and operational tests in lab and field environments.
Strong background in requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and traceability management.
Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, networked C2 systems, and MIL-STD-810H standards.
Proficient in defining and reporting test metrics for robust testing processes.
