About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant - Commercial Banking Operations within the Operational Excellence team.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute feature, regression, and integration testing to ensure solutions are production‑ready and aligned to business requirements.
  • Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to support onboarding, release readiness, and defect resolution across delivery cycles.
  • Maintain test scenarios, documentation, and system knowledge to ensure consistent quality and reduce delivery and production risk.
  • Support ongoing platform stability by validating changes across interconnected systems as enhancements and integrations scale.
  • Guiding the business and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Communicate and liaise with multiple stakeholders including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers
  • Partnering with Product Owners to promote use of efficient testing strategies
  • Communicate test strategies, test status, and any impediments as needed
  • Adhering to the documenting, implementing, monitoring, and executing of all processes for testing as per standards defined by the product and WIM
  • Management and organization of UAT test data and artifact collection
  • Defect triaging and resolution through closure, including optimizing fix approach and retesting

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum testing and sprint based UAT
  • Experience updating End to End and regression test scenarios
  • Experience running manual and automation-based testing
  • Experience using Octane for test management
  • Experience using Jira for Agile planning and defect tracking
  • Experience executing feature, regression, and integration testing in complex, enterprise platforms supporting frequent releases and onboarding activity.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business workflows, system integrations, and defect management, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams in an Agile environment, with a focus on quality, risk reduction, and production stability.
  • Experience with application development.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify process improvement opportunities and implement change
