What you'll do
Own end-to-end program execution for robotics software initiatives including requirements and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving product development, simulation, model training, deployment, and validation.
Provide independent technical perspective to challenge assumptions and identify architectural risks.
Drive process improvements in the product lifecycle and lead release planning.
Facilitate technical reviews, triage blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
What we're looking for
BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of Technical Program Management delivering software products.
Hands-on robotics experience in robot learning, simulation-based development, model deployment to edge/robot platforms.
Strong grasp of foundational concepts in software development and Agile methodologies.
Proven success managing complex multi-team programs with competing priorities.
Ability to evaluate engineering proposals and offer informed technical feedback.
