Senior Technical Program Manager - Nemotron

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end data programs from acquisition through release for NVIDIA’s models.
• Define data quality metrics focusing on diversity, complexity, and annotation quality.
• Act as primary liaison with Legal to ensure datasets meet licensing standards.
• Establish quality rubrics and feedback loops for internal and external campaigns.
• Maintain roadmaps and track "Data Velocity" metrics for senior leadership reviews.
• Scale Human-in-the-Loop (HiTL) annotation workflows including task design and vendor management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 8+ years of experience in data, software development, or TPM roles.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous multi-stakeholder programs with evolving requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and track record of influencing teams and partnering with ML researchers.
• Experience delivering large-scale data for generative AI and familiarity with synthetic data generation techniques.
• Background in data science or ML research, particularly with "data-as-code" initiatives.
• Hands-on experience scaling Human-in-the-Loop annotation workflows including task design and vendor management.
