Proven track record of delivering complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, business, and operational roles.
Technical proficiency to understand cloud platform risks and dependencies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, multitenant SaaS, or large enterprise IT systems.
Background in partnering with internal business groups, security, compliance, and operations.
Ability to bring structure to new or unstructured program areas.
