Senior Technical Program Manager - Insider Risk Investigator - CTJ - TS/SCI

What you'll do

• Conduct end-to-end investigative execution to develop and document findings aligned with standards.
• Identify and interpret relevant data sources in collaboration with technical experts.
• Apply expertise to support root cause analysis and evidence-based conclusions in complex cases.
• Support the development of investigative processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Document methodologies and best practices to drive consistency and program evolution.
• Translate technical findings into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in engineering, product management, data analysis, or related fields.
• Ability to produce clear and defensible investigative documentation and findings.
• Experience working with technical data sources and translating complex findings into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments involving legal and regulatory considerations.
• Senior experience leading complex investigations within government, intelligence, law enforcement, or national security sectors.
• Familiarity with insider threat programs, trust & safety initiatives, personnel security, and enterprise risk management at scale.
• 1+ year of coding experience (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
