Senior Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and drive execution of the Contact Center roadmap to align with business goals.
• Coordinate delivery of technology capabilities that power how GEICO builds, secures, operates, and scales.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional planning, intake, prioritization, and sequencing across domains.
• Guide the Contact Center strategy and roadmap, balancing investment, scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term value.
• Drive KPIs and success metrics for adoption, time-to-market, and operational health.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in managing complex multiteam programs and driving execution.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage business leaders effectively.
• Expertise in data-driven storytelling using tools like PowerBI or similar platforms.
• Track record of delivering high-impact initiatives and navigating ambiguity successfully.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change across engineering, product, and operations.
• Experience in creating scalable and repeatable operational practices through documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent Contact Center experience required.
