What you'll do

Ensure uptime and operational readiness of warehouse production systems.
Own the health, stability, and performance of live production applications.
Support implementation and go-live activities for new systems.
Lead incident response and triage during on-call rotations.
Serve as technical escalation point for complex production issues.
Facilitate root cause analysis across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience supporting large-scale production systems.
Proven incident response and escalation leadership in complex environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar COTS platforms.
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and ITIL-aligned service management.
Hands-on support for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
