What you'll do

• Architect and develop Python-based automation for provisioning, governance, reporting, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Implement configuration-as-code frameworks to maintain application settings and controls securely.
• Design scalable guardrails enabling delegated administration while preserving enterprise governance standards.
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven workflows for seamless platform operations.
• Define and enforce enterprise collaboration platforms' security controls and operational best practices.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience managing and engineering enterprise-critical SaaS platforms
• Strong hands-on Python development experience
• Experience working with REST APIs, OAuth, service accounts, and webhooks
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS governance and security controls
• Ability to design delegated administration or federated governance models
• Experience implementing configuration-as-code principles using Terraform or custom frameworks
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills
