Required skills encompass 5+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion experience in manufacturing, proficiency in SQL and OTBI, and a deep understanding of financial processes across CRM, MES, WMS, and ERP systems.

What you'll do

  • Manage Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules, ensuring accurate financial data.
  • Resolve discrepancies between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and General Ledger to maintain accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot stuck transactions and interface failures between ERP and manufacturing systems.
  • Define cost elements and overhead allocation rules for precise COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
  • Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements, ensuring auditability of contract accounting.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for manufacturing companies.
  • Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and use OTBI for financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with government contracting accounting requirements (CAS, FAR, DCAA).
  • Experience in configuring Oracle’s Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical messages effectively.
