As a Senior Systems Analyst in Cost & Receipt Accounting, you will join Anduril’s Corporate Technical team to serve as the primary technical architect and administrator for Oracle Cloud Fusion supply chain cost accounting. Your responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Oracle’s Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules, ensuring accurate financial data reflects real-time operations. You will manage sub-ledger reconciliations, resolve stuck transactions, optimize cost elements, and ensure compliance with DCAA and GAAP requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate quarterly updates for impact on costing flows and partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align physical receiving workflows with technical accounting events in the ERP system. This role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions, SQL queries, OTBI financial reporting, and a deep understanding of manufacturing financial processes across CRM, MES, WMS, and ERP systems.

What you'll do

Manage Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules, ensuring accurate financial data.
Resolve discrepancies between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and General Ledger for RBNI reports.
Troubleshoot stuck transactions and interface failures between ERP and manufacturing systems.
Define cost elements and overhead allocation rules to ensure precise COGS reporting.
Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements for auditability.
Evaluate Oracle Fusion updates for impact on costing flows, conducting regression testing.
Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align physical receiving workflows with technical accounting events.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for manufacturing companies.
Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing.
Ability to write SQL queries and use OTBI for financial reporting.
Familiarity with government contracting accounting requirements (CAS, FAR, DCAA).
Systems thinking ability to map physical supply chains into digital accounting structures.
Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and oral.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder status required for access to export-controlled data.
