What you'll do

Perform Engineer of Record role on small to mid-sized projects.
Design complex systems including coverage, capacity, microwave, RF LMR, BDA, WAN networks.
Conduct detailed design reviews, system staging, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting with customers.
Ensure successful project execution by collaborating with Project Management, Engineering teams, Technicians.
Continuously learn through company training programs and independent personal development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical discipline with 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with wireless and wireline communications systems, including RFDS principles and AC/DC power systems.
Knowledge of P25 Land Mobile Radio terminology and two-way subscriber radio provisioning methods.
Familiarity with IP networking principles and various network equipment (Fortinet firewalls, Nokia routers, Juniper switches).
Ability to create design documents and drawings using productivity/drawing software tools.
Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and analytical skills; ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Desired certifications: GROL or Amateur Radio Operator License, COMPTIA A+, Network +, Security +.
