What you'll do

Manage and resolve escalated issues for critical applications like Salesforce and Mulesoft.
Develop and maintain run books, alerts, monitoring systems, and dashboards for proactive incident detection.
Optimize Tier 1 on-call processes and incident response workflows to enhance efficiency.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with Product Development and Tier 2 teams before system changes.
Provide leadership in creating and updating technology operations Standard Operating Procedures based on best practices.
Work closely with Release Management to identify and mitigate risks associated with production changes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
2 years of experience in Tier 1 Production Operations and Incident Management.
Expertise in Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) and MuleSoft.
Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, ELK Stack, and Grafana.
Experience in managing high-performing teams and building cross-organizational consensus.
Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Introscope.
Ability to develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
