As a Senior Software Engineer on the ACC Service & Support team, you will design and develop MuleSoft integrations to support omnichannel customer care capabilities across various business functions. Utilizing technologies like JSON, XML, SOAP, CSV, DataWeave, and CloudHub-based monitoring dashboards, you will ensure secure, policy-compliant connectivity and optimize data transformations for high-volume transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with architects, QA teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable integration designs, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and MUnit test coverage while adhering to ACC’s strict reliability and observability standards.

What you'll do

Design and develop API-led MuleSoft integrations for ACC Service & Support.
Implement complex Mule 4 flows for various business functions including Review/Submit, Feature Add/Remove, and Port Out status retrieval.
Create RAML specifications and manage reusable templates to ensure consistency across micro journeys.
Develop DataWeave transformations for high volume transactional payloads with low latency requirements.
Integrate Mule APIs with foundational systems like Salesforce, Billing/BSSe, Middleware, Inventory, Payment & Provisioning systems securely.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues impacting agent and customer workflows; deliver timely fixes and enhancements.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and MUnit test frameworks.
Proficient in JSON, XML, SOAP, CSV, and ACC data formats.
Experience using CloudHub-based monitoring dashboards for real-time SLA compliance.
Strong background in Salesforce/ACC UI, backend microservices, BSSe/Billing systems.
Expertise in Ordering/Provisioning APIs, Network/RTB services, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP.
Design and implement complex Mule 4 flows for ACC business functions.
Participate in release cycles, conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
