As a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Intuit, you will join a dynamic team to deliver comprehensive AI solutions that drive strategic direction across multiple products and domains. Lead the architectural design of complex ML systems serving multiple Intuit products.
Define and evolve ML architecture to ensure adaptability and secure data usage.
Build end-to-end ML solutions using cloud-native technologies for scalability.
Resolve deeply complex issues across domains, often requiring novel solutions.
Proactively monitor model performance to ensure continuous improvement and reliability.
Translate emerging customer behaviors into bold ML-driven solutions for Intuit’s ecosystem.
What we're looking for
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering production-scale ML systems impacting millions of users.
Expertise in the full ML lifecycle management, including feature engineering and large-scale model deployment.
Deep hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
Strong background in software engineering fundamentals: algorithms, distributed systems, data pipelines.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple products or platforms.
Excellent communication skills to align technical direction with organizational strategy.
