Senior Specialist, Technical Support

What you'll do

• Perform installation of security patches and version upgrades for Identity and Access Management products.
• Coordinate with teams to identify privileged accounts and onboard them to Delinea Secret Server.
• Conduct periodic access reviews using SailPoint IdentityNow to comply with audit requirements.
• Evaluate services using monitoring tools and present findings to clients to enhance security.
• Automate security features by extending product APIs using Java/Linux/PowerShell scripts.
• Drive disaster recovery exercises for minimal impact on Identity and Access Management services.
• Establish vulnerability scans of Identity and Access Management services to mitigate risks.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise Identity and Access Management environments.
• Proficient in managing multiple IAM services including PingFederate, SailPoint IdentityNow, and Delinea Secret Server.
• Strong knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions like Symantec VIP and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Ability to automate security features using scripting languages such as Java/Linux scripts and PowerShell.
• Experience with both Windows Server and RedHat Linux infrastructure in a large network environment.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting, presenting, and gathering requirements from clients and teams.
• Fluent English proficiency in verbal and written communications.
