NVIDIA’s Federal business unit seeks an experienced solutions lead to drive digital transformation within the US Federal Government by leveraging accelerated computing technology and artificial intelligence. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and federal customers to accelerate NVIDIA technology in large-scale GPU infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will guide customer discussions on network design and support server/network/cluster deployments while working closely with internal teams to secure business opportunities and deliver technical content such as presentations and workshops. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance issues, educating C-Suite decision-makers about AI benefits, and providing feedback to engineering and product teams. Required skills encompass a strong background in high-performance computing or networking, experience with NVIDIA GPUs and networking technologies, and familiarity with deploying large GPU clusters. This position demands expertise in multidisciplinary problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively across various functions.
Guide customer discussions on network design and support bring up of server/network/cluster deployments for large-scale GPU infrastructure.
Become the primary technical driver during the entire lifecycle of GPU infrastructure projects, from design to deployment.
Conduct regular technical meetings with customers to discuss product roadmaps, cluster issues, and new technology solutions.
Analyze and debug compute/network configuration and performance issues to ensure optimal cluster performance.
Prepare and deliver technical content such as presentations, workshops, and reference architectures to educate customers.
What we're looking for
6+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or similar roles with direct customer interaction.
Strong technical background in accelerated computing technology and artificial intelligence.
Experience with high-performance networking and CPU/GPU application acceleration.
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in High-Performance Computing or Networking.
Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, NVIDIA Networking technologies, and systems like NCCL, DCGM, UFM.
Ability to lead technical customer meetings and deliver presentations on product roadmaps and new technology solutions.
