What you'll do

Lead the RPE bedside monitor software organization and own product capability roadmaps.
Directly manage a team of 5–8 engineers, handling performance management and career development.
Provide indirect leadership across cross-functional teams for embedded systems projects.
Deliver large programs and multiple parallel releases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and communicating status regularly.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and team effectiveness.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 7 years of technical work experience or advanced degree with 5 years of technical and managerial experience.
Proven leadership in managing software development teams, including direct management of 5–8 engineers and indirect leadership across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-year roadmaps and release plans for embedded systems and software platforms.
Strong background in ensuring compliance with software, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards in medical technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams including hardware, security, systems, quality, and operations.
Expertise in managing geographically distributed software development teams and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
