What you'll do

Maintain thorough documentation and participate in on-call support rotations.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience with relational database systems like MySQL and Amazon RDS.
In-depth knowledge of database internals for at least one major database engine.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
Proficiency in source control management tools such as Git.
Intermediate to advanced expertise in programming languages like Python or Java.
Strong understanding of Linux operating system, networking, and containerization.
Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Ability to design and deploy fault-tolerant database infrastructure.
