What you'll do

Leads the design and architecture of Kubernetes and Azure platform solutions.
Guides cross-functional teams in architectural discussions and decision-making.
Develops and presents architecture proposals for testing and validation.
Drives AKS enablement by providing standardized onboarding tools and guidance.
Authors well-designed, scalable infrastructure code and shares technical findings.
Collaborates with product engineering teams to develop thoughtful infrastructure improvements.
Leads the creation of design documentation and facilitates alignment across teams.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in CI/CD and release engineering with Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep for large-scale systems.
Experience owning and supporting CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams, ensuring security and reliability.
Proficiency in modern software development practices including code review, testing, and operational readiness.
Demonstrated ability to drive architectural direction and influence technical decisions on build and release systems.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts related to release, reliability, and automation.
Hands-on experience designing shared infrastructure and tooling ecosystems that improve developer velocity and security.
