Senior Software Engineer, Lab Provisioning & Integration

What you'll do

• Lead the design and optimization of complex lab environments using Infrastructure as Code on Azure, AWS.
• Develop and enhance enterprise-wide automated integration testing workflows for multi-program segments.
• Innovate in deployment mechanisms and pipelines to ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Establish advanced processes for collecting and analyzing performance data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and promoting best practices across projects.
• Integrate security principles and ensure compliance with industry standards (CIS, NIST, SOC 2) in DevSecOps.
• Represent Boeing as a trusted advisor on complex technical issues with senior personnel and external partners.

What we're looking for

• 9+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD environments, including cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) for actionable monitoring insights.
• Proven leadership in provisioning complex lab/test environments both on-premises and in public clouds.
• Extensive experience leading people and complex projects with strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
