What we're looking for
7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating large-scale production systems.
3+ years of experience architecting and owning distributed systems with high availability and low latency.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Go, Java, Kotlin, Python; hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), containers/orchestration, and data technologies.
2+ years leading cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple teams under tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience integrating AI into the development lifecycle to enhance productivity and quality measurably.
Proven ability to partner with Product, Design, and Data Science in defining requirements and shipping user-facing features.
Track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team practices through design reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
