You will leverage your expertise in Azure or similar large-scale cloud computing infrastructure, networking, and embedded software development for NICs and DPUs/IPUs to create innovative integration and diagnostics tools. Proficiency in AI agents for live site tool automation, TCP/IP, RoceV2, and server platform firmware testing is essential, as you will lead the team in identifying testing scopes and creating quality plans while ensuring efficient test execution.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, test, and deploy integration and diagnostics tools for DPU-based products.
  • Provide technical leadership in creating quality plans and managing project schedules.
  • Monitor test plan execution and ensure efficient testing according to established plans.
  • Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for system monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Maintain dashboards of live/dormant cases and key performance indicators.
  • Guide field issue debugging, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive debug sessions.
  • Feedback learnings from field issues into the engineering development and testing process.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years experience developing, testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting cloud platforms.
  • Proven leadership in owning releases and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Expertise in Azure or similar large-scale cloud computing infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with networking technologies and server platform firmware.
  • Strong skills in complex debug/troubleshooting in lab and live site environments.
  • Experience with large-scale data analysis for issue identification and resolution.
  • Knowledge of AI agents for live site tool automation and analysis.
