What you'll do

• Solve a scaling bottleneck in a critical service.
• Deploy new features to production using feature flags for progressive rollout.
• Investigate and resolve production issues for services your team owns.
• Design scalable solutions to handle increased traffic for services.
• Plan the next set of important projects with your team.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, C, Python)
• Experience designing and implementing high-scale systems or services
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on code simplicity and performance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
