Strong ability to analyze workload utilization metrics and usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
Experience with monitoring tools, including metrics collection, dashboard creation, and log analytics.
Excellent communication skills for engaging and leading cross-functional technical and business teams.
