What you'll do

  • Architect agentic AI frameworks for observability tooling on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Design and operationalize RAG pipelines with vector database integrations.
  • Lead transformation of observability systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Open Telemetry across multi-cloud environments.
  • Drive AI/ML initiatives from concept to deployment, focusing on predictive analytics and time-series modeling.
  • Deliver roadmap presentations and architecture diagrams for executive-level communication.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic hiring for AI and observability talent.
  • Lead technical strategy and influence product direction in cloud-native environments.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, observability platforms, or enterprise AI systems.
  • Proven track record in designing agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based automation for enterprise use cases.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with modern observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Open Telemetry.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), API design, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven systems.
  • Deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector database integration for scalable AI solutions.
  • Ability to lead AI/ML initiatives from concept to deployment, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
