Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of innovative, large-scale, and complex solutions across Salesforce, nCino, and Commercial Lending platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives. Drive solution design and demonstrate hands-on coding experience for complex nCino features, integrations, and platform upgrades within the nCino/Salesforce ecosystem. Design, code, test, debug, and document low-level designs, feature deployments, and system integrations across Salesforce, nCino, and core banking systems. Review technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies such as Salesforce Flow, nCino Trigger Framework, Data Loader, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, or DevOps. Resolve complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to build solutions addressing client needs, leveraging knowledge of lending lifecycle, portfolio management, nCino gold standards, Salesforce best practices, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to troubleshoot issues and achieve delivery milestones using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Lead features from discovery to delivery, act as an escalation point, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in Salesforce development, nCino deployment, and integrations. Conduct proof of concepts with emerging technologies and drive successful implementation into production environments. Demonstrate strong expertise with test automation tools and automate development activities to improve efficiency and quality. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application, Computer Science, or related technical field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
• 4 years of experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC etc);
• 4 years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and development;
• 4 years of experience of configuration and customization of nCino;
• 4 years of experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM;
• 4 years of experience with Commercial Lending;
• 4 years of experience using deployment tools like Jenkins/Harness, GitHub, Auto Rabit;
• 4 years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery;
• 4 years of experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML;
• 4 years of experience with Java, J2EE, Structs, Hibernate; and
• 2 Years of experience Spring , Spring MVC, Angular Js.
