As a senior developer within the Rx Claim FAB team, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of application development, ensuring adherence to quality standards and aligning technical solutions with business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include model training, evaluation, fine-tuning legacy architectures, and providing expert cross-functional support for complex projects using multiple technologies. You will establish best practices, solve highly technical problems, mentor junior team members, and perform ITIL functions such as incident management. The role requires proficiency in AS/400 application development with experience in RPG, RPGLE, CL, IBMi SQL, and familiarity with RxClaim or similar PBM Adjudication systems. Preferred skills include cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure, Java, Python, and Angular, alongside a strong background in healthcare IT and project leadership.

What we're looking for
Over 5 years of experience in AS/400 application development and RPG programming.
At least 3 years of IBMi SQL and Synon2/E (COOL 2/E) experience.
Proven leadership in managing multiple projects for at least a year.
Deep understanding and implementation of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
Ability to solve complex technical problems across various phases of project development.
Experience with RxClaim or similar PBM Adjudication systems is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in ITIL functions including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
