What you'll do

  • Monitors service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions as Designated Responsible Individual.
  • Collects, classifies, and analyzes data on system health and bug occurrences with minimal oversight.
  • Develops automation within production and deploys complex product features.
  • Ensures compliance through visible evidence checks in assigned product areas.
  • Builds reliable code based on established methods to meet scaling needs and performance expectations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least 2 years of technical experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting physical infrastructure and GPU/Infiniband support.
  • Strong background in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration.
  • Experience with monitoring service health and contributing to data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to develop automation within production environments and deploy complex product features.
