What you'll do

  • Design custom applications and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow implementations and architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations.
  • Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HAM, SAM, IRM, VR, HRSD, CSM.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development tools like Studio, Flow Designer, and Scripting environment (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders during ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies including REST, MID Server, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
