  • Monitor health signals, triage incidents, and respond to risks on call.
  • Interface with M365 workload teams for multitenant governance requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering, or industrial controls.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience administering M365 at scale using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell based admin tooling.
  • Security mindset with practical application of data access controls and least privilege principles.
  • Experience designing, instrumenting, and operating live services with on-call ownership responsibilities.
  • Comfortable contributing to automation code in languages like PowerShell, Python, C#, or TypeScript.
