What we're looking for
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform architecture design and implementation experience.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Strong functional knowledge in at least one ServiceNow process area like HSRD or Source2Pay.
- Proven ability to balance performance, security, maintainability, and upgrade impact in technical decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining design tradeoffs to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience planning and executing major ServiceNow upgrades with remediation of customization issues.
