What you'll do

Administer and maintain Linux-based operating systems and virtualization platforms.
Support Windows server environments in standalone and enterprise-wide deployments.
Install, configure, operate, and maintain security tools like Trellix and Splunk.
Perform system patching, vulnerability remediation, and hardening activities.
Deliver technical support from Tier 1 to Tier 3 levels for IT systems.
Assist with the implementation and integration of new IT solutions and technologies.
Mentor junior team members on installation procedures and operational best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in security operations for virtualization and computing solutions.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Experience with on-premise, cloud, and hybrid-cloud deployments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated leadership and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience in system administration, security operations, compliance activities, and user administration.
Install, configure, operate, and maintain security tools such as Trellix, SentinelOne, Nessus, Splunk.
Provide technical support for security compliance efforts and system accreditation processes.
