Leidos Digital Modernization seeks a Senior SCRM Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise data and analytics products across multiple DoD organizations. This role involves conducting comprehensive Cyber Supply Chain Risk Assessments to identify vulnerabilities, foreign influence, and compliance gaps, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and NIST guidelines. The analyst will provide subject matter expertise in implementing and maturing an end-to-end SCRM program, develop and refine policies, and manage project tasks such as RFI development and risk assessment reporting. Essential skills include knowledge of DoD SCRM standards, proficiency with GRC tools like eMASS, and experience in USG cyber risk management using NIST SPs. The ideal candidate has a background in cybersecurity or related fields, with extensive experience in supply chain risk analysis and project leadership within the government sector.
Conduct comprehensive Cyber Supply Chain Risk Assessments to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
Ensure continuous adherence to NIST guidelines and statutory requirements for supply chain security.
Provide subject matter expertise in DoD SCRM to implement and mature an end-to-end SCRM program.
Develop and refine Mission Assurance policy, including risk findings and mitigation recommendations.
Manage SCRM Threat Analysis Center RFI queue and support periodic collection of internal process metrics.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8–12 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 6–10 years of experience
Proficient in DoD SCRM standards (DoDI 5200.44, NIST 800-161, NIST 800-53A)
Experience with GRC tools such as eMASS and cybersecurity risk assessments
In-depth knowledge of C-SCRM, Zero Trust Capabilities, and USG cyber risk management
Ability to develop and present SCRM policy and training materials
Leadership experience in team or operational roles related to cybersecurity
