As a Senior Researcher – Agentic AI in the AI Frontiers lab, you will contribute to cutting-edge research on developing self-improving AI systems that can learn through experience and interaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities include advancing foundational breakthroughs in Machine Learning, Human-Computer Interaction, and AI by building an end-to-end agentic model stack that integrates pre-training, post-training, reinforcement learning, multi-agent collaboration, and deployment. You will work on creating robust evaluation frameworks and synthetic data pipelines to ensure the scalability of agentic systems in complex environments. The role requires expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and proficiency in natural language processing, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. Ideal candidates have a strong research background with publications at top AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, NAACL, and COLM, along with experience in developing generalized code and robust research infrastructure.
Develop agents capable of self-correction, specialization, and collective improvement through interaction.
Design robust evaluation frameworks for agentic systems in complex environments.
Build high-fidelity synthetic data pipelines to support research on recursive self-improvement.
Refine architectures to ensure scalable deployment of agentic models in dynamic enterprise settings.

Investigate human-AI collaboration methods for long-term task execution and autonomous skill acquisition.
What we're looking for
Doctorate in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
