What you'll do

Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives to address field issues and non-conformances.
Provide real-time technical support during flight tests, ensuring accurate data capture and rapid defect resolution.
Drive continuous improvement of flight line processes and testing protocols to enhance operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, flight test, sustainment, or Engineering roles with aircraft testing activities.
Strong knowledge of aviation systems and mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes.
Experience working directly with DCMA and military customers across all ranks.
Knowledge of government regulations affecting aviation systems and defense contracts.
Expertise in product quality methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, and FAI.
Hands-on experience with pre-flight/post-flight inspections, audits, and troubleshooting.
Secret security clearance required.
