What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end QA cadences including daily standups, weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly calibration sessions.
  • Develop and enforce service-level agreements for quality signals with targets of ≥95% adherence and ≤7-day escalation cycle times.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide a unified view of QA performance across customer, retailer, and shopper interactions.
  • Write SQL queries to investigate anomalies in audit data, isolate root causes, and answer ad-hoc business questions from CX leadership.
  • Analyze trends in audit data to identify systemic issues, calibration drifts, and opportunities for contact prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality signals are routed to named owners across five action workstreams.

What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years of combined program management and analytical experience in customer experience or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data analysis.
  • Experience with analytical visualization tools like Tableau or Looker to build executive-level dashboards.
