What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every quality signal is routed to a named owner and actioned within SLAs.

What we're looking for

6-8 years of combined program management and analytical experience in customer experience or related fields.
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data analysis.
Experience with analytical visualization tools like Tableau or Looker to build executive-level dashboards.
Track record of managing cross-functional programs with clear service-level agreements and measurable outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including synthesizing complex topics for various audiences.
