  • Expand testing capabilities beyond payments to cover financial products, Uplift, Loyalty, and Giving.
  • Drive adoption of shared testing infrastructure across multiple product teams with competing roadmaps.
  • Pioneer AI-native testing by shaping how AI agents interact with the testing platform for seamless integration workflows.
  • Build a unified self-service testing experience by consolidating and simplifying fragmented testing tools.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product experience in platform or infrastructure products.
  • Proven track record building developer tooling and API-first platforms at scale.
  • Experience driving adoption of shared platforms across multiple product teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Understanding of payment flows and financial products (preferred).
  • Experience with testing infrastructure or QA platforms (preferred).
  • Background in fintech and AI-curiosity for innovative solutions.
